"I'm so excited to continue the [aging] conversation because learning that you can age well, will actually help you age better," she wrote alongside the flawless image of herself going au naturale. "If you understand how your body works then you can take action to help keep it in the best possible condition so it can carry you through a long and beautiful life."

In a previous interview, Cameron similarly shared her aging tips with fans. "Getting to know yourself on the smallest cellular level is so empowering," she said. "I want women to understand their own journey and be prepared for it."
