He’s in love! Bradley Cooper gushed about both his girlfriend, Irina Shayk, and his A Star Is Born costar, Lady Gaga, while accepting the coveted Best Original Music award at the 2019 BAFTAs in London on Sunday, February 10.

“I got to fulfill a dream I never thought would happen,” the 44-year-old said while onstage to collect his trophy. “I share this with Lady Gaga tonight; the music was the heartbeat of this film.” The Hangover actor then gave a sweet shoutout to his 33-year-old girlfriend, Irina. “I also need to thank Irina for putting up with me while I was trying to make music in our basement for a year,” he quipped. Bradley was also nominated for the night’s Leading Actor award for his role in A Star Is Born but lost to Bohemian Rhapsody’s Rami Malek.

Instead of attending the BAFTAs with his A Star Is Born costar, Lady Gaga, 32, the actress and singer was across the pond in Los Angeles attending the 2019 Grammy Awards on Sunday night. When she and Bradley won the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Shallow” from A Star Is Born, Gaga was also quick to mention Bradley in her acceptance speech.

“I know he wants to be here. Bradley, I loved singing this song with you,” the blonde bombshell said onstage, before adding, “If I don’t get a chance to say this, I just want to say, I’m so proud to be part of a movie that addresses mental health issues. That’s so important.”

At the BAFTAs, Bradley was accompanied by Irina, who sweetly gave her love a standing ovation when he won his award. Just recently, the supermodel — with whom Bradley shares his 22-month-old daughter, Lea — opened up about why she’s so publicly private about her relationship with the actor.

“Because my work requires me to be out there, I just decided my personal life will be quiet,” she told Glamour UK for the magazine’s February 2019 digital issue. “That’s why it’s called personal, because it’s something for you and your family and I feel happy with it.” The couple began dating in April 2015 and welcomed daughter Lea in March 2017.
