Source Says Brad Pitt Has Paid “Millions” in Child Support Despite Angelina Jolie’s Claims He’s Not Paid Enough

Poor Brad Pitt! According to a source, the actor has paid “easily millions” in child support to his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie. In fact, the insider told People it’s been “far more than any informal agreement would stipulate and far more than any judge would have ordered paid if there had been such an order.”

But Angelina is saying otherwise. Her lawyer, Samantha Bley DeJean, filed papers with an LA court on Tuesday, Aug. 7 claiming that “[Brad] has a duty to pay child support. As of present, [he] has paid no meaningful child support since separation.”

She added, “Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children’s expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Brad] for over a year and a half, [Angelina] intends to file an RFO [request for a court order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order.”

Brad and Angelina — who announced their split in September 2016 — have six kids together: Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Shiloh, 12, Zahara, 13, and Knox and Vivienne, 10.

Angelina currently has custody of the six children, but according to recent court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge allegedly said “not having a relationship with their father is harmful to [the kids].”The document also reportedly stated that “it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother.”

That said, the court allegedly wanted Angelina to give Brad all of their kids’ cell phone numbers so he could have unmonitored private conversations with their kids. “If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Angelia] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Brad],” This so messy.
