Bobby Flay's rep is speaking out in the wake of reports the TV chef cheated on his now estranged wife, Stephanie March, with his assistant — and claims the rumors are totally false.
"We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo," the rep began in regards to Bobby's alleged three-year affair with his 28-year-old assistant, Elyse Tirrell.

"This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in [the divorce] case to the other. It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that's unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is that all of this is being done in order to renegotiate a prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage," his rep continued.
The claims that the Food Network star, 50, had an extramarital affair came nearly 10 days after he filed for divorce from Stephanie, 40, on April 10. Following his filing, the actress' lawyers challenged the couple's prenuptial agreement, which states Bobby is to pay his wife of 10 years $5,000 per month in alimony.

The couple tied the knot in February 2005 and have no children together. This is the third failed marriage for Bobby, who was previously hitched to chef Debra Ponzek and Kate Connelly. He and Kate are parents to a daughter, Sophie, 18.
