Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Are ‘Amazing Parents’ With Baby No. 3: ‘It’s a Joint Effort!’
It takes two! You may think Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are one of Hollywood’s most iconic couples — and they are — but they are also a superhero-like parenting duo too. Ever since quietly welcoming their third kid together over the summer, they’ve been supporting each other and making it look like a breeze.
“Running around after three young kids isn’t easy for anyone, but Ryan and Blake are amazing parents and make it work,” an insider exclusively tells Closer Weekly about the family of five. “It’s a joint effort!”
The parents of three “can’t take their eyes off their new addition” and are “so in love with her.” Turns out she is also fitting in well with older sisters James, 4, and Inez, 3.
“[They] adore their little sister,” the source added about how the tots are adjusting to having another girl join the ranks. There haven’t been any jealous issues at all!”
Making things a little easier for Blake and Ryan is the fact that their newest bundle of joy — whose name has yet to be announced — has been on her best behavior for them.
“They feel blessed that she is such a good baby,” the insider noted. “She is already starting to sleep through the night!”
On top of that, it seems as though the A-list lovebirds have each other’s backs.
“Ryan’s a fantastic, hands-on dad,” the source revealed. “He’ll often volunteer to do diaper duty or watch the kids if Blake needs some ‘me time.'”
The world first learned Blake was pregnant with their third child when she stepped out at the premiere of Ryan’s latest movie, Detective Pikachu, back in May. In the following months, the Gossip Girl alum stepped out and showed off her growing baby bump on numerous occasions before she seemingly disappeared.
In October, the pair enjoyed what seemed to be one of their last date nights before their newest addition arrived — except it was later revealed that they’d already become parents yet again. It wasn’t until later when everyone learned the Deadpool actor stepped away from filming a new film to be there for the big moment.
We couldn’t be more enamored with this brood if we tried.
