One tough mom! Behati Prinsloo shared a rare photo of her baby girls, Dusty Rose and Gio Grace, and touched on the ups and downs of being a mother.
The 31-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday, August 8, to get candid about what motherhood is really like. “Here’s to the sleepless nights, bleeding nipples, crying, laughing, the highest of highs and lowest of lows and everything in between,” she captioned a photo with her two kids. “I won’t change a single thing, being mom to Dusty and Gio keeps me strong, motivated and empowered. This is my #sharestrong. Thanks @kateupton for starting this,” Behati added, referring to the “Share Strong” post that Kate Upton, 27, showcased the day before.

Considering how crazy Behati is about her kids, it’s no surprise she chose to highlight them in her post. Previously, the brunette beauty opened up about dealing with postpartum depression. Thankfully, her husband, Adam Levine, whom she shares her daughters, ages 2 and 17 months, with, helped her get through it.
“Being a mom has changed me in many ways,” she told Today in June. “I had moments of postpartum [depression] after our first baby that I felt like it was coming through. But my husband was so incredibly supportive and always got me out of it. I think it’s very normal, though, as a young mom and a new mom to feel helpless and to feel overly emotional, you know.”
However, she confessed that the key is to ask for a helping hand. “And I think I got lucky not to have it to an extreme case, but you can see yourself spiraling,” she continued. “And I think that the message is just that it’s never too little to ask for help. So no matter how small your feelings and stress — or whatever it is about being a new mom — there’s always help out there and support from family and friends. And I think nobody judges anyone.”
Behati is such a wonderful mom!
