Christopher Lloyd (Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown)
Prior to playing the eccentric "Doc" Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy, Christopher, 77, was best known for his Emmy-winning role as Jim Ignatowski on the hit show Taxi. His other notable works include playing Uncle Fester in The Addams Family movies and Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. He recently appeared in films Zodiac: Signs of the Apocalypse, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Pirate's Code: The Adventures of Mickey Matson.

Michael J. Fox (Marty McFly)
The time-traveling high schooler is, of course, still very successful in the 'biz today! From 1996 to 2002, Michael, 55, starred in the popular TV series Spin City and won an Emmy Award and three Golden Globe Awards for his performance on the show. It was during this time the actor publicly revealed he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, a condition he's since become an impassioned advocate for through the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Most recently he worked as an actor and executive producer on the sitcom The Michael J. Fox Show. He portrayed a man who was challenged with balancing his Parkinson's disease, home and work life. He also appeared on episodes of the show The Good Wife.

Lea Thompson (Lorraine Baines-McFly)
After Back to the Future, Lea, 55, starred in her own NBC sitcom, Caroline in the City, and in classic 90s films Dennis the Menace, The Beverly Hillbillies and The Little Rascals. She was contestant on Season 19 of Dancing with the Stars and starred on the ABC Family drama Switched at Birth.

Fourteen years after he played bully Biff, Thomas, 57, appeared as Coach Ben Fredricks on the teen comedy-drama Freaks and Geeks and has additionally been cast in small roles on popular shows including Two and a Half Men, Reba, Psych and HBO's Big Love. He now works as a voice actor and tours the country as a stand-up comedian.

Claudia, 50, took a long hiatus from acting after playing Marty's girlfriend to instead manage the men's clothing store she owns in Studio City, Calif. She returned to acting in 2011 to appear in the independent science-fiction film Alien Armageddon and recently announced she will star in the upcoming horror film Room & Board.

Marc McClure (Dave McFly)
Marc, 59, is best known for playing photographer Jimmy Olsen in the 1978 Superman film alongside Christopher Reeve and Marlon Brando. He also starred in 1976's Freaky Friday and appeared in the 2003 remake of the film with Jamie Lee Curtis. In 1980, he was cast with his future Back to the Future co-star Wendie Jo Sperber in the film Used Cars. He most recently starred in the biographical drama film Proud American and the historical drama Frost/Nixon.

Wendie Jo Sperber (Linda McFly)
Before appearing as Marty's older sister in Back to the Future, Wendie played Amy Cassidy on Bosom Buddies. The actress was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997 and had a relapse with the disease in 2002. During this time she continued to act and appeared on popular television shows including Home Improvement and Will & Grace. Sadly, Wendie lost her courageous battle with cancer in November 2005 at age 47. She is pictured above in May 2005 at a benefit for the weSPARK Cancer Support Center, an organization she established in 2001.
