Angelina Jolie Takes Her Kids Shopping in Rome Before Meeting the Pope!
Another day, another shopping spree for the Jolie-Pitts!
Before meeting with Pope Francis at the Vatican, Angelina Jolie, 39, took two of her six kids, daughters Zahara, 10, and Shiloh, 8, to a shop in Rome, Italy to purchase toys and souvenirs.
During the Wednesday, Jan. 7 outing to Berte in Piazza Navona, the Oscar-winning actress was spotted perusing the store’s large collection of sunglasses with Zahara while dressed in a chic, all-black ensemble.
As previously reported, Angelina traveled to Rome “for a VIP meet-and-greet at the Vatican with Pope Francis.” Her 51-year-old husband, Brad Pitt, was also allegedly planning to attend the special meeting, but didn’t make the trip due to a “last minute change,” ‘Us Weekly’ reported.
Though Brad and Angelina have previously spoken out about their nonreligious beliefs, a friend of the couple noted they “admire the Pope” and “like the Pope’s message,” including his support of homosexuality.
“The visit has been in the works for some time,” a Vatican source told ‘Us Weekly.’
Prior to touching down in Rome, Angelina similarly took her children shopping for toys in Las Vegas.
