The A-list actor’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, took their 10-year-old daughter, Shiloh, camera shopping in LA on Sunday, Dec. 18 — which was the same day as Brad’s 53rd birthday!

“Shiloh is very interested in photography, and Angelina asked to look at some of the vintage cameras,” an insider told Us Weekly. “Angelina inspected the cameras from many different angles and was asking questions. Shiloh was listening intently and paying close attention.”

The source continued, “Angelina told Shiloh she would love to get her the camera and asked her, ‘Are you satisfied?’ She told Shiloh it even had black and white, which was a nice added feature. Shiloh nodded her head but didn’t talk much. She really listened to Angelina and deferred to her on everything. Angelina purchased the camera and they stayed for about 10 minutes and then left with a driver.”

We can only hope for Brad’s sake that his little girl spent the rest of the day celebrating with him. However, he didn’t get to spend Thanksgiving with Shiloh and his other kids: Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, and twins Knox and Vivienne, both 8 — and there’s no word on the family’s upcoming Christmas plans.

Angelina, 41, filed for divorce from Brad in September 2016. The two previously began dating in 2004 and married in August 2014. Let’s just say it’s been quite the battle ever since their split!
