Andy Cohen Kicks Off His Son Benjamin’s ‘Swim Lesson’ in Adorable Snap
They grow up in a flash! Andy Cohen is all about sharing day-to-day updates of fatherhood with his baby boy Benjamin — and he recently revealed that his little one has tackled a new feat.
The 51-year-old took to Instagram on Friday, January 24, to share a photo of his only son standing alongside a pool. “Swim lesson!” the TV personality wrote next to the photo that shows Benjamin ready to take a dip. Take a look at the adorable photo below!
People were loving the post, as they took to the comments section to react. “The cutest! And I love how his hair is growing,” one fan gushed. Another added, “Swim lessons are the best! Go Ben!” The famous host welcomed his child via surrogate on February 5, 2019. And while Andy is a busy man, he has still found a way to handle all of his responsibilities at once.
“I just take it day-to-day and I only say yes to things that I’m passionate about and I want to do,” the Watch What Happens Live star once told Us Weekly while promoting his Purina partnership. “I was turning down [opportunities]. They were like, ‘Do you want to present an award at the Billboard Awards,’ I’m like, ‘Yes! But I can’t go to Vegas for 24 hours.’ I would’ve in the past.” However, it helps that little Benjamin doesn’t cause a fuss.
“Ben’s personality is really sweet,” Andy revealed to the outlet. “He scopes out the room and he scopes out the situation before he commits and gives you his all, which is different from me. I walk in and I’m like, ‘Hey, everybody!’ … “He’s really mellow though. You can pass him around to everybody and he’ll hang out. But he waits a little bit before he gives you his full smile.” Aww!
There is a chance though that Andy may have more of these sweet moments with another child. “I mean it’s on my mind but it’s not a … nothing’s in the oven,” Andy exclusively shared with Closer Weekly on September 25.
