Alfonso Ribeiro Stuns the Competition on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Without the Help of ‘The Carlton!
Season 19 of Dancing with the Stars only just premiered, but it appears one star is already a front runner!
Actor Alfonso Ribeiro, best known for his role as Carlton Banks on the '90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, easily trumped the rest of his competition with a spirited jive that impressed everyone in the ballroom, which really shouldn't surprise anyone, given it's the same guy who gave us this gem 20 years ago:
"A beautiful routine, fantastically danced. That was without question, the best dance of the night," judge Len Goodman told Alfonso and his pro partner, Witney Carson.
The pair were so good, in fact, they scored all nines from the panel, tying the record for the highest score ever rewarded on night one of the show (former contestants Kristi Yamaguchi, Amber Riley and Charlie White all did the same in their respective seasons).
