An NYPD source confirms Alec Baldwin was issued two summonses after he was caught riding his bicycle in the wrong direction.
“He was stopped by officers for riding the wrong way on a street. When the officers asked for ID, he got belligerent because he had none on him,” the source tells In Touch. “The officers placed him under arrest for disorderly conduct.”
The insider adds he was given one summons for riding the wrong way and another for disorderly conduct. He has since been released.
However, a rep for Alec has denied any charges. “He was not arrested or charged with a crime. He has been released.”

Alec Baldwin has been arrested in New York following a bike incident, according to a new report.
An insider tells In Touch Weekly: “He was riding his bike the wrong way [on May 13] and didn’t have ID on him.” The mag also obtained exclusive photos of the actor in handcuffs.
Though an eyewitness says the 56-year-old was "calm and quiet" during the arrest, another observer claims the famous hothead got agitated with officers.
“He went ballistic on the cops, screaming at them,” the eyewitness says.
A source with the NYPD tells In Touch, "The incident just happened, we are waiting for details at this time.”
This isn't Alec's first run-in with the law. He was previously arrested in 1995 for allegedly punching a photographer.
