Will The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcome two new additions to the Royal Family next spring?

If a recent spike in bets on Kate Middleton and Prince William's second child are correct, then yes!

"We have had a load of unexpected bets including a large number of new accounts—there could well be something in this," Rupert Adams, a spokesman for betting firm William Hill told PEOPLE.

The firm says it has received approximately 200 bets on the arrival of twins, including what a spokesman calls "a significant gamble" that was made in York, England.

Adams explained betting was finally halted when a series of new accounts were opened – including one from someone who offered a $325 bet, which is more than 20 times the average bet in this kind of novelty market.

Bets placed at the firm also show a majority of people believe Kate and Wills will name their new child Elizabeth if she is a girl and James if the baby is another boy.

Whether the couple welcomes a boy, girl or even twins, we will be eagerly awaiting the arrival of 1-year-old Prince George's new sibling!
