EXCLUSIVE: Inside Lynda Carter’s 20,000-Square-Foot Mansion!

Best known for playing Wonder Woman in the 1970s, actress Lynda Carter is opening the doors to her and husband Robert A. Altman’s dream house.

In the debut issue of Closer, Lynda sits down with us, giving readers an inside look at their 20,000-square-foot Potomac, Md., Georgian-style mansion the couple have called home for the past 25 years.

"We’ve experienced so much joy here,” Lynda raves. “There’s been a lot of happiness in this home. It’s got so much positive mojo in its walls!”

Lynda’s taste in décor is decidedly eclectic. “I like mixing English and French styles, and I have everything from Danish antiques in lighter woods to some great Chinese antiques,” she says.

“I have a lot of Western things, too. But it seems to all go together,” says the "Wonder Woman" star, who still has her alter ego’s iconic costume but says she stores it “in a secret location."

The house sits on seven lush acres of land featuring its own tennis court and an in-ground pool with adjoining hot tub and waterfall.

“We entertain here a lot. It’s a pretty active house, and I’ve always got something going on," Lynda says, adding that her children, Jessica, 23, and James, 25, are always still around.

“The guys are always downstairs where the large TV is, and there’s a card table and a pool table, too,” says Lynda, who is going to be back on the small screen when she guest-stars on CBS’ "Two and a Half Men" on Nov. 7.
