The 48-year-old actor looked shockingly different when he stepped out sans shirt on Tuesday, Oct. 6 — and his not-so-buff bod has everyone talking!

Photos of the Fast and Furious star — who is known for having an especially ripped upper body — were snapped by paparazzi as Vin smoked a cigarette wearing nothing but a pair of gray shorts on his hotel balcony in Miami.
