Tracy Morgan was spotted out in public for the first time since his six-vehicle car accident in June — and it’s clear the star is still on the mend.

Following the accident — in which a Walmart truck slammed into the limo van that was carrying Tracy and his friends — the ’30 Rock’ actor, 46, spent 10 days in the ICU before entering a rehab facility and then continuing physical therapy at home.

On Wednesday, Dec. 3, Tracy was photographed walking with the aide of a walker alongside his fiancé Megan Woolover and an assistant in New Jersey.

Last month the comedian’s attorney, Benedict Morelli, noted Tracy’s recovery from the accident — which claimed the life of his friend, James “Jimmy Mack” McNair, and seriously injured two others — is still ongoing.
