The dream team is back! And this time, they're not conquering the Golden Globes but the big screen!
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are set to co-star in a new comedy called The Nest, which follows two 30-something-year-old sisters who return home to find their parents' house up for sale and decide to spend a last crazy weekend together.
Pitch Perfect's Jason Moore is on board to direct and the comediennes will both executive produce. A production start date has not been released.
This isn't the first time Tina and Amy have shared the spotlight. The two appeared together in 2004's cult classic Mean Girls and 2008's Baby Mama. They were also Saturday Night Live cast members at the same time from 2001 to 2006.

Matt Damon & Ben Affleck
The famous duo have been friends since they were kids, both growing up in Cambridge, Mass. They each won an Academy Award for co-writing their hit 1997 film Good Will Hunting, for which they also co-starred. But despite the early success they shared, Matt and Ben have only appeared in one other movie together, 1999's Dogma.
Cameron Diaz & Drew Barrymore
The blonde beauties became best friends on the set of 2000's Charlie's Angels and their bond only grew stronger while shooting the film's sequel, Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003).
George Clooney & Brad Pitt
The hunky actors have become great friends over the years and co-starred in 2001's Ocean's Eleven (2001) and the film's sequels Ocean's Twelve (2004) and Ocean's Thirteen (2007). Their last romp together was in the lackluster 2008 comedy, Burn After Reading.
Jennifer Aniston & Courteney Cox
They became close on the set of their hit television series Friends (1994-2004), but after that ended, Jennifer remained loyal to her BFF, appearing on not one but two of Courteney's subsequent TV shows: the short-lived Dirt in 2007 and the much more successful Cougar Town in 2010.
Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen
The Hollywood veterans have starred in four X-Men franchise films and just finished back-to-back productions of No Man's Land and Waiting for Godot on Broadway. In fact, the duo are such good buddies, Ian officiated Patrick's wedding last year.
