Jennifer has been bouncing back from her breakup with Casper Smart by getting in step with another dancer, Maksim Chmerkovskiy — the duo partied together at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut recently — and guess who she can thank for that?

Her best gal pal Leah introduced Jen to Maks, 34, whom she met during her 2013 stint on Dancing with the Stars. No wonder the pals, both 44, “spend even more time together now,” says a friend of Leah’s. “They love to sit around their houses with glasses of wine, talking about everything.”

Sometimes a new friend is the best way to rebound from a bad romance. Just ask Sofia and Reese. “Reese has been a big support to Sofia while filming their new movie, Don’t Mess With Texas,” says an insider.
