It's been six months since Dr. Jen Arnold, of TLC's The Little Couple, finished her last round of chemotherapy to treat a rare form of cancer, and the mom-of-two is doing great!
"I'm back to work full time," Jen, a neonatologist, shared at the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute's Angels in Adoption event in Washington D.C.
And not only is she doing "really well," but so are her two adopted tots, Will, 4, and Zoey, 3, with husband Bill Klein. When asked what the kids have been up to recently, the 40-year-old said, "everything" including "school, swimming and lots more outdoor playing."

"Will likes his cars – he's a car guy," Jen revealed. "Zoey likes sidewalk chalk and bubbles."
But now that summer's over, there won't be as much time for outdoor fun. "They're starting school," the reality star said, adding she and Bill will incorporate lessons from Will's native China and Zoey's native India.
"Their speech is getting better. We're about to start some education with them from their countries — take some immersion courses in the near future — probably not right away...Obviously, we have a lot of great milestones with these guys."
In an exclusive interview with Closer following the end of her cancer treatment in February, Jen shared the family celebrated with cupcakes at the hospital. “I’m still dealing with fatigue from chemo brain," she said at the time, "and I try to get back into things like I was before cancer.”
