Don't believe everything you read or see on the internet! Over the past few days, there was a death hoax going around about A-list actor Sylvester Stallone, and now, the Rocky star is addressing the false talk that he died from cancer.

Photos of the star looking sickly with the caption, "SO LONG CHAMP! Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone died early this morning after his battle with prostate cancer, the actor kept his illness a secret, but in the end, he couldn't beat it," went viral on Facebook. Another portrait was also included that read "RIP: 1946-2018." The photo racked up nearly 400,000 likes and nearly 2.5 million shares, so it's no surprise that Sly spoke out about it.

He soon took to his own Instagram to share the graphic with his 5.6 million followers. "Please ignore this stupidity… Alive and well and happy and healthy… Still punching!" he wrote on the social media platform. This isn't the first time the hoax surfaced the internet. Fans were convinced the actor died when it first went viral in September 2016.

The Golden Globe winner can't help but find this hoax to be funny, though. After he confirmed he's alive and well, he shared a funny video of himself goofing around with his daughters. "Locking my daughters outside during a slight hail storm… It’s so great to be back from the Dead!!! @sistinestallone @sophiastallone," he quipped.

Sly is clearly young at heart, and he also proved to his fans that he's feeling better than ever today at age 71. Just last week, he shared a photo of himself working out hard at the gym. "Pushing the limits! 100 pounds. This one hurt, I think I’ll go home and take a nap… Bye. #Gunnars #Strength #HealthyLifestyle," he shared. We're so glad Rocky Balboa is okay!
