Not many people have kissed someone they just met. Maybe in college, but not in the "real world."

In a new YouTube video, 20 strangers are filmed kissing each other immediately after meeting. You may think that would be awkward to witness, but the mixture of the participants' vulnerability and the use of black and white videography highlights an incredible sweetness in their interactions.

It begins with the uncomfortable greeting: shifting of feet, hands in the pockets, no direct eye contact. They awkwardly ask the film crew whether to just go for it or if they're supposed to wait for some sort of sign.
