To get you prepped for Father's Day this coming Sunday, here's the story of one Louisville, Ky. son who gave his dad the ultimate gift.
Mike King knew his dad Roger had always dreamed of owning a 1957 Chevy Bel-Air. But having grown up as one of seven children in a poor family, the elder King never expected his dream to become a reality.
Having promised his dad at age 8 to one day buy him the car, Mike was thrilled to present Roger with the keys to his very own bright blue Chevy for his 57th birthday.
His reaction to the meaningful present was captured on video, but be warned, it may make you cry!
Mike shared on Reddit how he worked overtime at his factory job to afford the car, which he traveled to New Hampshire to pick up.
Though he hasn't gotten much work done on the vehicle in the two years he's had it, Mike said his dad, who is now retired, will have plenty of time to get it up and running!
