A-list couple Sean Penn and Charlize Theron were all glam and sophistication at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala in New York City on May 5.
And the pair, who have been dating since January, weren't afraid to make their affection known, holding hands and giggling on the star-studded red carpet.
Charlize stunned in a strapless Dior Haute Couture gown, which she gave Instagram followers a sneak peek of before the big event, asking "What do you think? #metgala #dior."
But it was the duo's constant togetherness that attracted the most attention, staying linked while walking down the gala's lengthy carpet. They were even caught sharing a laugh by legendary photographer, Mario Testino.
Earlier this year, a source confided to Closer that the 53-year-old "always had a huge crush on Charlize," adding, "he's a happy guy right now."
The couple first confirmed their romance during a PDA-filled night at Sean's third-annual Help Haiti Home gala on Jan. 11, but the duo were first rumored to be an item when they took an intimate vacation to Hawaii over New Years.
Sean, who is already a father-of-two, has also been getting close with Charlize's adopted son Jackson. The "Milk" star was spotted playing games with the adorable 2-year-old while his mom did some grocery shopping.
"She's a keeper, that's for sure," the Milk star previously told Piers Morgan of the South African beauty. "Well, I'll do my best to keep her anyway."
