REPORTSavannah Guthrie Extends ‘Today’ Contract Ahead of Maternity Leave

Savannah Guthrie isn't going anywhere!

The pregnant journalist allegedly extended her Today contract before temporarily exiting the morning talk show for maternity leave on Friday, Dec. 2.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 45-year-old signed a “long-term deal" with the long-running series. Savannah previously signed with NBC in 2015 to keep her on for at least three years. However, the terms of her new contract are currently unknown.

The soon to be mom-of-two will remain on your television screens with her co-anchor Matt Lauer, who reportedly just signed a two-year contract with Today at $20 million per year.
