Sandra Bullock is a mom — again!
The actress, 51, has adopted a three-year-old daughter named Laila (pronounced Lila), she revealed on Wednesday, Dec. 2. “When I look at Laila, there’s no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here,” Sandra said of the little one, who had been in Louisiana foster care.

The Gravity star is also a mom to a five-year-old son, Louis, whom she adopted in April 2010. "I can tell you absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time," she continued.

In her interview with People, Sandra also revealed she began the process of adopting Laila nearly three years ago. “Louis spearheaded this whole journey,” she said, adding that welcoming a new child into her family hasn't been entirely easy.

“I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren’t going anywhere,” Sandra said of her little girl, adding Laila has brought “pink and glitter in the house mixed with Legos and Batmans.”
“My family is blended and diverse, nutty, and loving and understanding,” Sandra said. “That’s a family.”

The actress adopted son Jackson in March 2012 and recently adopted a daughter named August in July 2015. She is raising both children as a single mom.
