Sam Shepard has been arrested.
The Bloodline actor, 71, was taken into custody for suspicion of drunken driving after failing a sobriety test on the evening of Monday, May 25, the Associated Press confirmed.
According to the news outlet, the police were called to La Choza restaurant in Santa Fe, N.M., around 8 p.m. on Memorial Day after the establishment's security personnel reported the actor as a possibly intoxicated driver. Sam was struggling to disengage the emergency brake in his truck when the authorities arrived.
