She will additionally retain ownership of a watch Robin often wore, a bike the couple formerly bought on their honeymoon and their wedding gifts, according to Susan's lawyer, James Wagstaffe.

Wagstaffe additionally noted both Susan and Robin's three children are satisfied with the settlement. “Susan gets to enforce Robin’s wishes. She gets to stay in the house as Robin wanted, with the trust being created to pay the expenses,” he said of his client. Meredith Bushnell, who represents the three children added, “I think they’re just very happy to have this behind them.”

Following the actor's death, Susan asserted some of Robin's personal items were wrongly taken from the California home they shared without her permission, while his kids claimed their father's trust stated they were to inherit all of his "clothing, jewelry and personal photos."
According to a previous report published by The Associated Press, lawyers representing the Williams' kids said they were "heartbroken" their stepmother "acted against [Robin's] wishes by challenging the plans he so carefully made for his estate."
