Ricki Lake and Husband Christian Evans Postpone Divorce After He Says They’d “Never” Get Back Together

It seems Ricki Lake and Christian Evans' marriage is on the mend!

Though the couple of two years have reportedly decided to put their divorce on hold, Ricki's relationship with her husband may still be rocky, as a source says he once claimed they would "never" get back together after they separated.

“It is quite funny because Christian said that he would never get back together with her under any circumstances after she left him homeless and even cut off his credit cards," a friend of the couple told 'Radar Online.'

Ricki, 46, allegedly filed for divorce in October after the 'Hairspray' actress kicked her husband out of their house because he took a "sudden trip" to Ibiza without her and failed to call her on her birthday.

“Everyone who knows Ricki says that she is pathetic for doing this,” the source added in reference to their reconciliation. “He must have needed his cash cow back.”

The mother-of-two eloped with Christian in April 2012 after dating for nearly three years. She was previously married to bartender and illustrator Rob Sussman — with whom she has two sons, Milo, 14, and Owen, 12 — from 1994 – 2005.
