Spiked Homemade Eggnog
1.5 ounces spiced rum (preferably Sailor Jerry)
1 ounce heavy cream
1 ounce simple syrup
1 whole egg
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Shake for two minutes without ice and another two minutes with ice. Strain into a sifter and serve!
