Diamonds can go a long way — especially in a woman’s heart! Prince Harry missed out on giving Meghan Markle his late mother Princess Diana‘s sapphire engagement ring thanks to Prince Willliam and Kate Middleton, so he’s making up for it with her emerald bracelet.

According to Daily Star, the red-headed royal plans to propose to his girlfriend with a ring made out of Diana’s iconic piece that she wore during a trip to Australia back in 1996. “The huge emerald ring is flashy but not ostentatious,” the pal told the news outlet. The bracelet reportedly costs around $120,000-$140,000.

Just like William gave Kate Diana’s ring back in 2010, Harry hopes his proposal is just like his big bro’s, who gave a touching tribute the blonde beauty through jewels. “Harry wants the same sentiment when he proposes to Meghan, so he is working with the jewelers to design something incredible,” an insider told Daily Star. Harry, 32, is using jeweler Harry Collins — who is the official jeweler of Queen Elizabeth — to help with the design.

“Her Majesty The Queen employed me as her Personal Jeweller in the year 2000,” Collins explains on the G.Collins and Sons website. “I feel most privileged to have been able to serve our Monarch in this unique position and am further humbled to have been appointed Crown Jeweller in 2007. This is the greatest of honors that can be bestowed upon a jeweler by Her Majesty The Queen, involving the care and maintenance of the Crown Jewels housed in the Tower of London and other related duties.”
