For the occasion, the Duchess of Cambridge donned a belted, cream colored MaxMara "Villar" coat with a pair of navy blue Jimmy Choo "Georgia" pumps. Beneath her stylish outerwear, the mom to Prince George, 19 months, wore a Somerset by Alice Temperley sailboat-printed shift dress.

Prince William's wife — who will welcome the couple's second child in April — also viewed the 1851 Mural, an art project on the construction site created by local artists and students from six nearby schools, before she added her own detail to the work!
"[Kate] told me she was painting yesterday with baby George and that she should have brought him down because he loves doing all of this," local art teacher James Waterfield told 'Us Weekly' at the event.
