The world has welcomed another royal baby!
Pierre Casiraghi and Beatrice Borromeo of Monaco had their first child — a son! — early on Tuesday, Feb. 28 at Princess Grace Hospital. The newborn's name has not yet been revealed at this time.
Beatrice, 31, reportedly entered the hospital early on Monday evening. Rumors first began to swirl that the Italian journalist had given birth after one of her older, half-sisters, Matilde Borromeo Arese Taverna, posted a photo of a bouquet of flowers from inside Princess Grace Hospital.
"2/28/2017, new day in the calendar of my family," she captioned the Instagram pic.

The new royal baby is the great-grandson of the late Grace Kelly, Princess of Monaco and the grandson of Grace and the late Rainier III, Prince of Monaco's eldest daughter, Princess Caroline.
Caroline, 60, and her late, second ex-husband, Stefano Casiraghi, welcomed the baby's 29-year-old father, Pierre — who is seventh in the line of Monaco's royal succession — in September 1987. The couple, who were married from 1983 until Stefano's death at age 30 in 1990, are also parents to kids Andrea Casiraghi, 32, and Charlotte Casiraghi, 30.
Caroline is additionally a mother to daughter Princess Alexandra of Hanover, 17, with her current husband, Ernst August, Prince of Hanover, 63. The royal couple tied the knot in 1999.

Pierre and his wife, Beatrice, first met in college and have been dating since 2008. They were later married in a July 2015 civil ceremony in the gardens of the Prince's Palace of Monaco and again celebrated their union in a lavish religious ceremony in Isola Bella, Italy in August 2015.
Beatrice and Pierre's new baby isn't the only recent addition to Monaco's royal family. In April 2015, Pierre's older brother, Andrea, and his socialite wife, Tatiana Santo, welcomed Baby No. 2, a daughter named India.
Additionally, Pierre's uncle Prince Albert — Monaco's current reigning monarch — and his wife, Princess Charlene, had twins Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques in December 2014.
