Two years after Paula Deen admitted to publicly uttering a racial slur, the celebrity chef is again making headlines for posting an insensitive photo on her Twitter account.
On Tuesday, July 7, the 68-year-old star took to the micro-blogging website to share an image — which can be seen on Page Six — of herself posing with her son, Bobby Deen, 45, in brownface.

“Lucyyyyyyy! You got a lot of esplainin’ to do! #TransformationTuesday," Paula captioned the pic — which has since been deleted from her account — of herself and her son dressed as Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, respectively.

After posting the image — which was taken during a 2011 Halloween episode of Paula's Food Network show, Paula's Best Dishes — Twitter users were quick to criticize the TV personality and her son for choosing to darken Bobby's face with makeup to portray the late Cuban-born actor.

In 2013, Paula was fired from The Food Network when a former employee sued her for sexual and racial discrimination. During the court proceedings, the mother-of-two admitted to using racial slurs on multiple occasions.
“You take your lumps, lick your wounds and move on. I had to see my family every day. As soon as we got up, we saw each other to make sure we were all right and we were going to make it through," she told Closer of the incident in September 2014.
