Just days after photos surfaced of Patrick Dempsey and his estranged wife, Jillian Fink, looking lovey-dovey in Paris, a new report reveals the pair is hoping to save their marriage!

Patrick, 49, and Jillian — who announced their divorce in January after 15 years of marriage — are “working on their relationship,” a source close to the couple told People on Tuesday, Nov. 10.

“The split was a long time coming,” another insider revealed shortly after the Grey’s Anatomy star and makeup artist confirmed their split. “They have had disagreements for a long time.”

Patrick and Jillian — who married in July 1999 — are parents to three children, Tallula, 13, and twins Sullivan and Darby, 8.
