Not even actress Olivia Wilde is exempt from being mom-shamed by internet haters. A few days after the tragic Las Vegas mass shooting, the mother-of-two posted a sweet photo of herself and her three-year-old son Otis on Instagram — and since she shared the snapshot, Olivia has been slammed online for kissing her little boy on the lips in the photo. “Finding hope in this ❤,” the Tron: Legacy star captioned the black and white picture. Olivia and her longtime love, actor Jason Sudeikis, 42, welcomed Otis in April 2014. The couple — who began dating in November 2011 — are also parents to a one-year-old daughter, Daisy. In a recent interview, Olivia joked her son is like a “drill sergeant” to his little sister. “I don’t know who let him watch Full Metal Jacket, but he is so hard on her. He’s really putting her through the works, it’s boot camp. So she’s going to come out of it really ripped and with a great attitude. But he screams! ‘You don’t live here!’ is what he screams at her,” she revealed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Unfortunately, Olivia is far from the first celebrity mother to be mom-shamed online. In July 2016, Victoria Beckham was similarly slammed for posting a photo of herself kissing daughter Harper on the lips. “Eww, sorry I’m old fashioned [but] it looks like they are making out,” one Instagram user commented on the photo, while another added, “This looks wrong.” Mom-of-one Chrissy Teigen is also often criticized online for her parenting — and her husband, singer John Legend, recently came to his wife’s defense. “Funny there’s no dad-shaming. When both of us go out to dinner, shame both of us so Chrissy doesn’t have to take it all. We’ll split it,” he wrote on Twitter.
