Poor Meryl Streep!
The 67-year-old iconic actress lost the coveted Best Actress award at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday, Feb. 26 to Emma Stone. She was nominated for her starring role in the hit movie Florence Foster Jenkins.
She was up against fellow actresses Emma (La La Land), Natalie Portman (Jackie), Ruth Negga (Loving), and Isabelle Huppert (Elle).

Meryl broke her own record this year for receiving the most Oscar nominations ever. Katharine Hepburn and Jack Nicholson follow with 12 nods each.
The mom-of-three was previously nominated for the Best Actress Oscar for The French Lieutenant's Woman (1981), Sophie's Choice (1983), Silkwood (1984), Out of Africa (1986), Ironweed (1988), Evil Angels (1989), Postcards From the Edge (1991), Bridges of Madison County (1996), One True Thing (1999), Music of the Heart (2000), The Devil Wears Prada (2007), Doubt (2009), Julie & Julia (2010), The Iron Lady (2012), and August: Osage County (2014).
She's also received Best Supporting Actress nods for The Deer Hunter (1979), Kramer vs. Kramer (1980), Adaptation (2003), and Into the Woods (2015).
Meryl has won three Oscars for The Iron Lady, Sophie's Choice, and Kramer vs. Kramer.
