This isn’t good. Megyn Kelly Today premiered on NBC in late September, and now, Megyn Kelly‘s new version of the 9 a.m. hour of Today already has really bad ratings. According to In Touch, by last Thursday ratings dropped from her debut of 2.93 million to 2.4 million…

Over the past few weeks, she’s had some notoriously awkward interviews with stars like Jane Fonda and Debra Messing, and now getting A-listers to appear on her show is becoming even more of a problem. “Megyn hasn’t been able to book any big-name stars that haven’t been on Today during the first two hours,” a source told In Touch. “Hollywood hasn’t exactly put the welcome mat out for her. Megyn has left a lot of people cold.”

Fans still can’t get over the awkward encounter Megyn had with Jane, where she blatantly asked the actress about her plastic surgery procedures when they were supposed to be talking about her film with Robert Redford. “We really want to talk about that now?” Jane responded to the bizarre question. “[Jane] thought Megyn’s question was below the belt,” a source told In Touch.

Not only are her guests on the show upset, but her co-workers aren’t happy either. Before Megyn even started, Matt Lauer thought she was tarnishing NBC’s image. “Matt is incensed that she is tarnishing the network’s image,” an insider told In Touch at the time. And now, the news outlet says her rocky debut hasn’t changed his mind.

However, in previous interviews, Megyn has shared how determined she is to succeed despite her circumstances. “I knew there would be no shortcuts for me,” she previously shared of her life. “I knew if I was going to have any success, it would be a result of working hard.” Megyn added, “The hard times remind you it’s possible to do better. Today, I look at the future and see unlimited opportunity.”
