The Kennedy family will soon have two new additions!
The late Robert F. Kennedy's granddaughter Meaghan Kennedy Townsend is pregnant with twins. This will be the first children for the 38-year-old yoga instructor and her fiancé, Billy Birdzell.
Meaghan — whose parents are Kathleen Kennedy Townsend and David Lee Townsend — and Birdzell, a former Marine, got engaged last February, according to the New York Post.
Meaghan is one of Robert's 34 grandchildren. The late politician — who was killed in 1968 at age 42 — and his wife, Ethel Kennedy, are parents to 11 children; Kathleen (Meaghan's mother), Joseph, Robert Jr., David (who passed away in 1984), Courtney, Michael, Kerry, Christopher, Max, Douglas and Rory.
