Mark Wahlberg may be a die-hard New England Patriots fan — but he put his family first during last night's Super Bowl!

The A-list actor, his wife, Rhea Durham, and their two sons, Michael, 10, and Brendan, 8, attended the big game on Sunday, Feb. 5 — but sadly had to leave before Tom Brady and his team made the comeback of the century and took the title from the Atlanta Falcons.

“I had to leave the game early because my youngest son wasn’t feeling well,” Mark, 43, posted on Instagram next to a photo of the four on the field. “Trust me, I would have loved to be at the stadium – but family first. Doesn’t mean I don’t love my Patriots too!” Such a good dad!

Prior to the start of the event, the Ted actor took to the social media platform to share a sweet photo of himself and his boys in their Patriots gear. "Big day with my little guys. #PatsNation," he captioned the snap.

That pic was followed by a cute selfie of Mark and Rhea on the field. "With my better half. #Family," he captioned the sweet couple shot. The two previously married in 2009 and are also parents to two daughters, Ella, 13, and Grace, 7.
