Barack Obama and Michelle Obama‘s eldest daughter stepped out in NYC on Monday, March 13 — and we can’t get over how grown up Malia looks in the new pics!

The 18-year-old former First Daughter — clad in a short, black dress and an oxblood, puffy coat — was presumably heading to her new internship with famed Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein on Monday morning.

News first broke in early January that Malia would be working for Harvey — whose film credits include Shakespeare in Love, Gangs of New York, Pulp Fiction, and My Week with Marilyn — at the Weinstein Company’s NYC offices.

Interestingly, Malia’s Weinstein Company internship isn’t her first foray into working in showbiz. In 2015, she had a summer job on Lena Dunham‘s hit HBO series Girls in NYC.

She also formerly served as a production assistant on Halle Berry’s CBS show Extant, which was executive produced by Steven Spielberg. Malia also reportedly had an internship for an undisclosed fashion house in the past.

Malia — who has a 15-year-old sister, Sasha Obama — is working for Harvey as part of her gap year before she enrolls at Harvard University in Fall 2017.
