Madonna is anything but hung up on her recent fall at the Brit Awards.
In fact, the pop icon says staying active has helped her recover from the injuries she sustained in the scary tumble.
“I attribute a lot of the fact that I came out all right because I’m in good shape," the singer, 56, said in a new interview.

Following the onstage fall — during which she was pulled down a set of stairs as a backup dancer tried to remove her cape from the rest of her costume — Madonna stated she suffered whiplash, but was "doing OK."

Since then, she has switched up her workout routine to ensure she remains strong and is able to perform in subsequent shows.
“I still do a lot of dance cardio. I started doing yoga again. I do interval training, metabolic interval training... jumping ropes; something called body art,” she said. “It has to change. You get bored doing the same thing over and over again.”
