It's no secret Madonna loves to attend spin classes, because she's been spotted taking a few on both sides of the country! Right before performing at the Grammys in February, the "Material Girl" singer took her 17-year-old daughter Lourdes to a class at Cycle House in L.A.
She enjoyed the workout so much, she returned for a second class the following day! An insider tells us the class consists of a 45-minute full-body ride and cool-down stretch afterwards.
Strength Training & Cardio
Have you seen Madonna's arms?! The star is all about toning her impressive muscles, not adding bulk. This includes lifting small weights or combining weights with another form of exercise such as cardio or dance. Remember, it's not about how many pounds you can lift. You're not trying to become a body builder!
Pilates & Yoga
The Grammy winner is a big fan of Pilates and yoga, which focuses on defining your core. With her penchant for skin-baring costumes, it's no wonder Madonna wants to keep her abs rock hard!
She may not be touring at the moment, but the superstar is used to completing four-to-eight-hour daily dance rehearsals!
