Feel better, Loretta Lynn!
The 85-year-old country music legend was hospitalized on Thursday, May 4 after she suffered a stroke at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee — and her representative released a statement on her official Facebook page updating fans on her condition.
"American country music legend Loretta Lynn was admitted into a hospital in Nashville last night after she suffered a stroke at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee," the statement read . "She is currently under medical care and is responsive and expected to make a full recovery."

The statement continued to explain that Loretta, who had just celebrated her 85th birthday, was advised by her doctors to postpone her tour so that she could stay at home and recuperate. In
a statement obtained by ABC News, Loretta's sister, fellow country singer Crystal Gayle, spoke out about her current health scare.
"Many of you have heard that my sister, Loretta Lynn, had a stroke," the 66-year-old wrote. "She's a strong woman and I know she'll come out of this. Our family appreciates your prayers, love and support. We pray for a speedy recovery."
While Loretta is recovering from her stroke, her fans and fellow country music artists showered her with tributes.

"Sending my love and prayers to [Loretta Lynn,] one of the strongest, most beautiful humans I've ever met," singer-songwriter Margo Price wrote on Twitter.

This isn't the first time that the four-time Grammy winner has had to postpone her concerts. Last year, she was forced to cancel a string of tour dates after she suffered a fall and had to take time off to heal after a surgery.
But even with all her previous health scares, the country music icon still continues to record music and tour. She's due to release her 41st studio album, titled Wouldn't It Be Great in August.
