It’s official. Good Morning America co-anchor Lara Spencer is back on the market after finalizing her divorce from real estate broker David Haffenreffer.

The two called it quits after being married for 15 years, and according to Page Six, they signed the final paperwork last week in Connecticut.

Those close to the couple believe Lara’s hectic work schedule was a contributing factor to their union’s demise. “Laura is working 70 hours a week,” said a friend. “She’s very ambitious and something had to give. It ended up being her marriage.”

But if you think there might be tension or bad feelings lingering between the duo, you’re wrong. Lara and David are on such good terms with each other that they carved out time to take both of their kids, Kate and Duff, to a Yankees game yesterday.

On the career front, Lara is doing better than ever. She just recently renewed her hosting gig on HGTV’s Flea Market Flip for another season — congrats!
