Katie Holmes is a proud mama!
The 37-year-old actress took to Instagram on Monday, April 18 to wish her daughter, Suri Cruise, a happy 10th birthday — and her kind words about the little girl will melt your heart!
"So grateful for my favorite day of the year! Happy Birthday to my sweet angel, Suri," Katie wrote alongside a painting featuring the number 10. The Dawson's Creek star welcomed Suri with her ex-husband, Tom Cruise, back in 2006.

"Suri enjoyed a low-key pre-birthday lunch on Sunday, [April 17] with Katie, her maternal grandparents and two young girlfriends at Tavern on the Green [in NYC]," an insider revealed to People, adding the group enjoyed hamburgers for their meal. "Rather than cake and a rousing rendition of 'Happy Birthday,' Suri and her pals quietly opted for freshly-baked cookies from Tavern on the Go before heading off into sunny Central Park." What a fun birthday!
