Kate Winslet is getting candid about how her body has changed since giving birth to three kids!
"I can't jump on trampolines anymore, I wet myself," the 40-year-old actress confessed in a new interview on the UK's The Graham Norton Show. "It's bloody awful, especially if you're wearing a skirt."
"When you've had a few children you know, it's just what happens," she said. "It's amazing, two sneezes, I'm fine. Three, it's game over."

Despite experiencing changes to her body as she's grown older, Kate—who turned 40 in October—admitted she's happy to be aging. "[I] feel I've earned it!" she said of entering her 40s.
"I have the kind of wrinkles that are here to stay now. You know, not just the ones where you wake up in the morning and you go, 'Oh, that will go away in two hours' time.' No, they're there. That's the way that it is," she previously told People.
