Kate Middleton's latest outfit is giving us some serious déjà vu!
The Duchess of Cambridge, 33, stepped out in a recycled dress for a visit to Action on Addiction's Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies in Wiltshire, England, on Thursday, Dec. 10 — and we can't get over how pretty she looked in the blue frock!

Kate first wore the Emilia Wickstead ensemble in April 2014 during her tour of New Zealand with husband Prince William, also 33. She accessorized today's look with a pair of black Jimmy Choo pumps, a matching black clutch, simple silver jewelry and her new, short hair!

For the special event, the mom to Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 6 months, also donned a chic, black and white houndstooth Reiss coat. The outerwear was a very similar look to the belted Ralph Lauren houndstooth dress she wore in September for her first official royal outing since giving birth to daughter Charlotte in May.
