Kate Middleton Celebrates Easter With the Royal Family — And Is Spotted Curtsying to the Queen!

Another year, another stunning Easter ensemble for Kate Middleton!

The 35-year-old Duchess of Cambridge wowed in a cream-colored, Catherine Walker dress coat and matching pillbox hat while attending a church service at St. George’s Chapel near Windsor Castle on Sunday, April 16.

Though Kate’s outfit was gorgeous, Easter photos of the mom-of-two really went viral when she was spotted curtsying to Queen Elizabeth upon the monarch’s arrival to the royal family‘s gathering!

While Kate curtsied to the Queen, her husband, Prince William, bowed to his famous grandmother. Each action was a sign to respect — and a staple royal etiquette rule! — from the royal couple to Queen Elizabeth, as it was their first time seeing her that day.

The Queen’s husband, Prince Philip, and her grandchildren Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie — the daughters of Prince Andrew and Sarah, Duchess of York — were also in attendance at the service.

Sadly, Kate and William’s two children, Prince George, 3, and Princess Charlotte, 1, were not publicly photographed with their parents on Easter. William’s younger brother, Prince Harry also missed the family gathering as he was reportedly spending the holiday with his love, Meghan Markle, in Toronto.
