This time around, Kate Middleton and Prince William will be just as surprised when their baby is born as the millions of royal fans around the world. That's because they reportedly have no idea what the gender of their third baby is — and will find out when the little one is born next spring!
William and Kate aren't too stressed about the baby's gender because they already have one of each: a little girl, Princess Charlotte and their adorable son Prince George. And, their kids are equally thrilled about getting a new sibling. They “know that Mummy is carrying another brother or sister for them and they’re very excited,” a Kate source recently told Us Weekly. The kids have been asking “about the size of the baby and whether it’s a boy or a girl,” but their parents can't give them an answer!
“They’re going to leave it to surprise this time,” explained the insider. “They’re taking each day as it comes. After you’ve had two children, the third usually feels like somewhat of a breeze so they’re just focused on Kate and the baby’s (or twins'!) health right now. Everything else can wait.” Luckily, they have a good amount of time to prepare. The duo announced that their baby is due in April 2018, so there's no rush to prep anything. Plus, Kate is feeling much better after her bought with hyperemesis gravidarum, the condition that has made her super sick at the beginning of all of her pregnancies.

Kate and William are surprisingly chill about this whole experience. They don't even want any extra help at home after adding a third child to their brood. "[They] don’t have any plans to hire a night nurse,” explained the source. “At this point, they are extremely capable and confident in their parenting abilities and baby know-how. They’re absolute pros.” We can't wait to meet the little guy or girl!
