Happy Anniversary, Kate Middleton and Prince William!
The royal couple, who are still awaiting the birth of their second baby, are celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary today. The pair previously exchanged "I Do's" in a lavish ceremony at London's Westminster Abbey on Friday, April 29, 2011.

"It would be lovely... an extra special gift for their anniversary," Maria Scott, who is currently camped outside St. Mary's Hospital waiting for Kate to give birth, said in a new interview.
"It would be terrific — I hope it does happen today," Scott's friend John Loughrey added to 'People.'

Yesterday, the couple surprised fans outside St. Mary's Lindo Wing with a breakfast of hot drinks and pastries. "We're really touched — we thank them with all our hearts," Loughrey said of the kind gesture.
